Ari Taymor is the chef and co-founder of Alma at The Standard, Hollywood. Together with beverage director and co-founder Ashleigh Parsons, they oversee the entire food & beverage program at the hotel. Ari’s playful interpretations of traditional and modern techniques that first garnered him national recognition at the original Alma, have been translated to their current setting. With an emphasis on seasonality and sustainability, he only features ingredients that are thoughtfully sourced from local Southern Californian farmers.
